FieldDayFun

1) We need everyone to participate with us to make our best showing.

2) Club membership is not required to participate in Field Day. All that is required is a Technician class or higher amateur license.

3) Make contacts by meeting “on the hour” on VHF, 146.480 simplex and make as many contacts as possible. “On the half hour we should switch to UHF, 446.500 simplex and do the same. Each new contact on a new band counts so we can all work each other twice for credit (once on each band).

4) Every participant will need to make at least 10 contacts. I suggest at least a couple of extras just to be safe. Participants will need to keep a log of the contacts they make with the following information. Frequency, Mode (Phone), Date (UTC), Time (UTC), Station Worked, and Exchange Received.

5) Participants will each submit their entry to ARRL and a copy to Phil, AE7OH.
2020 Field Day OnLine Entry Form: https://field-day.arrl.org/fdentry.php

Note: If you are not a member of a Club, leave the club line blank; ARRL will list your score under your Call.
If you are a CARC member, enter "Coconino ARC" as your Club.
If you are an NADXA member, enter "Northern Arizona DX Assn" as your Club.
If you are a member of both clubs, pick one!
Your score will also be included in the total Club score if you are a Club member. Detailed Field Day Information: https://MtElden.com/FDinfo

6) We will help anyone that needs it with submitting their entry.

7) All of this information is posted on the Web at: https://CocoRadio.Club - Events Wiki - Field Day Fun

8) We will have a separate Zoom meeting(s) to discuss details and answer questions before the event.
